DESCRIPTION

PWP Double RO/DI System

OVERVIEW:

Increase the speed and effectiveness of your water-fed window cleaning process with the Pure Water Power Double RO/DI System. This powerful and cost-effective purification system features dual ROs to significantly increase the gallons per minute output, enabling you to operate without the need for a pump. This helps you to clean taller windows and allows you to run two water-fed poles.

Filtration Process

The Pure Water Power Double RO/DI System allows for spot-free rinsing with a water output between 1 and 1.75 gallons per minute at 50 PSI from the source. This system incorporates four distinct filtration methods to achieve optimal pure water cleaning to deliver the highest quality and superb cost-effective filtration.

This process starts when the incoming water supply runs through the sediment filter to remove rust and large solids. Next, the water travels through the carbon filter to eliminate the chlorine from the water. Once it is finished moving through both the pre-filters, the water then filters through the dual RO membranes, removing 98% of the total dissolved solids (TDS). Finally, the water undergoes the deionization stage, which filters the water one final time to bring the TDS level down to 0.

Construction

With durability in mind, this dual RO/DI system features robust all-brass quick connections and standard garden hose fittings. Protecting the 40-inch membranes are two stainless steel RO housings, while a 10-inch sediment, carbon, and DI filter are housed in sturdy plastic casings. The system is equipped with brass swivel compression fittings on all rubber hoses for added reliability.

With double 40-inch RO membranes, the system achieves nearly twice the water flow compared to a single RO unit. All components are securely mounted on a stable, heavy-duty steel frame, with a rust-resistant powder coating. For ease of transport, Pure Water Power uses flat-free wheels. The rubber grips on the feet prevent rolling on flat inclines. The versatile design allows for convenient storage, transportation, and use in both flat and upright positions.

Output

This dual RO system yields a flow rate between 1 and 1.75 gallons per minute from a PSI of 50 at the source, making it perfect for heights up to 50 feet.

To begin cleaning windows, thread your water-fed pole hose from the output through your chosen pole and begin cleaning with your Pure Water Power Double RO/DI System.
