Waterfed is an investment, and that investment should last! Pure Water Power guarantees the products you buy will be in top-notch condition. If a product fails in the first 90 days of your purchase, we will get you a replacement as fast as we can ship one!

Further, Pure Water Power systems and poles are covered under a comprehensive, 10-year warranty.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are Systems Covered Under Warranty?

    Pure Water Power single and multi-stage systems are covered under warranty, which covers everything except the filters and normal wear and tear.

  • Are Poles Covered Under Warranty?

    If you are working and a section of your pole breaks or a clamp cracks or snaps, we'll replace it!

  • Are Accessories Covered Under Warranty?

    Pure Water Power Accessories benefit from a 1 year warranty. These accessories include waterfed brushes, booster pumps, and hose reels.

What is NOT Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear is expected, and not covered. We offer a multitude of replacement parts that are easy to replace.
  • This warranty will be void if the item is modified in anyway not suggested by Pure Water Power, as the intended performance can be altered.
  • We will not cover damage caused by dropping, tipping over, or breakage in transit to jobs.
  • Items damaged outside of intended use will not be covered.
  • The Pure Water Power Warranty is non-transferable from the original purchaser.
